Wish I could double the 5-Stars!Last Friday morning Smart Solar sent 2 exceptional people - Brandon & Chase.They had their own strengths and roles to play in the efforts, but were both leaders in their own right that worked together to solve several problems we had at the same time, going up and down from the roof for hours in the 108 heat.Brandon & Chase brought real expertise, finesse, and problem-solving skills that helped figure out a complicated solar panel efficiency issue on aging equipment quickly. The System was running but not reporting, had faulty switches & a few dead panels with malfunctioning micro inverters plus an expired Gateway after it had recently passed the 10 year mark.Even though they had never been a part of installing the system themselves, they forged ahead to offer real help with Focus & energy. Thats exceptional enough to see in business, but the fact that they were not there to look around & just sell something to us was a relief.Chase & Brandon were attentive, respectful and listened to us while working swiftly to find answers & get the array back up & working.What a relief!No judgment. No dismissive attitude. Just Great Customer Service!!!!Solar is a specialized industry and up to this point I have never found anyone who would repair a system that others had installed and left behind to no longer answer calls about. In my mind, this will be a growing need & there is only one company I would call or recommend from this point onThats Smart Solar So Cal & Roofing.Im in the construction industry & I will now proudly recommend them. Because of the great experience I had last Friday, I have intentions of using them to do brand new Roofing & Solar projects on 2 Clients Homes! Thanks Spencer! Your Team is Incredible.

Rich and Chase were amazing, removal of solar panels went well. They were professional and kept us well informed. All area was left clean. Would highly recommend these two, a great start to the reroof.

Chasen helped me out when our original solar contractor over promised and didnt deliver. Smart Solar installed our project, secured our financing and got us a $3500 cash rebate after installation. Loved working with him and couldnt recommend them enough
