When my wife and I first met with Annie, we noticed that she mostly wanted us to talk about what we're looking for. She took a lot of notes. The second time we met she presented us with a binder of analysis of the neighborhood, listings, trends, schools and stats. Being a numbers guy, I was thoroughly impressed. We searched for homes for a few months, but ended up moving out of California and not needing to buy at all. We still were very grateful to her for her service, patience and knowledge. She is definitely one of a kind.
