Typically between 6% to 8% of collected rents, depending on number of homes managed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us and we will go over your needs, requirements, requests, and special circumstances. We then conduct an overall rent analysis of your property, factoring in market conditions, features of the home, and location. After all items pertaining to the property are discussed and all expectations set, you and our team set forth a Property Management agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Estate Brokers License, Property Management Certification, member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
