- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will beat your current management fees. Most large companies charge 20-30%. Not us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to schedule a phone call with you! Then, if you want, we would meet in person and view your vacation rental property. After meeting in person (or 1-3 phone calls) we can determine if our management is a fit for you, and move forward to contract signing and onboarding!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a "retired" teacher, working in education for 5 years and hold a bachelors degree in Spanish, and a Masters in Education. While these are totally irrelevant to what I do now, my experiences made me a sharper, more dynamic property manager. If you know anything about teachers, they are expert multitaskers, and can basically do anything... If I can convince teenagers that past tense verbs are cool, then I can manage your vacation rental! I also currently hold a CA Real Estate License and am working on my brokers license.
