Our pricing is based on two main prices which include our management fee and our leasing fee. We do provide annual services that we charge accordingly and can share our fee schedule with any interested property owners.

Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first schedule a consultation to find out if the type of management services that BridgeHaus Property Managers is aligned with the rental property owners needs and expectations. This consultation is complimentary and lasts anywhere from 20-45 minutes and includes a free rental analysis as part of the follow up process.
