I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sara to anyone! I have had chronic low back pain for about the last 10 years that flares up any time I sit too long, and since I work from home, that’s a lot. I have been to so many PT’s, massage therapists, and chiropractors but they only seemed to temporarily get rid of the pain. Dr. Sara got to the root of the problem and explained why I was in pain. Every session we would work on cupping and massage and then she would show me so many helpful exercises that really worked! My back feels better than it has in 20 years! And the best part is she came right to my house on my lunch break so I didn’t have to take extra time out of my schedule. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Sara to all of my friends.

Dr. Sara is a smart, thoughtful, and dynamic PT who I really enjoy working with. From the beginning she has had a ton of empathy for what I was going through, she asked really thoughtful questions and conducted a thorough assessment of my injury to determine next steps. She has worked tirelessly with me to make sure I am on the road to recovery. She has given me really good exercises to work on my own, and whenever I come to her with new issues she is super dynamic and able to respond in the moment and pivot to what I need for that particular time. Her work and advice has gotten my injury to be way better where I can do old stuff that used to hurt me. She’s also super personable and fun to be around, and I always leave in the best mood and super encouraged.
