Kathleen Glen of Pawtails Sitting Services Outstanding and she is truly number one in pet care services needed at your home. She is an expert and true animal lover. Shed takes the time to feed your pets, brush them and she even takes videos of her interactions with your pets. She truly knows how to make your pets feel at home while you are away from them. I have never had such an amazing and outstanding pet service like this in all my years of having someone come to feed my cats when I am away. She is an expert at what type of healthy food you should be giving to them on a daily basis, what type of care would assist if your pet gets anxious when you are away. I am just amazed and the daily updates, videos and care I have received when needing her to assist me while my husband went through surgery is beyond words. I am so thankful that I have her ready to assist. She has an easy platform to schedule your services, she is very personable and loving to both your pets and yourself. She is diamond in the rough. I thank God for having her recently help me out this past month at a crucial time in my life and making my pets comfortable and loved while I was away from them. Kate at Pawtails Pet Sitting Services is just the best! She really cared about my dog who is anxious and made her feel comfortable. Lots of great walks with photos and videos. The communication is just excellent! She is also prompt with her visitation times. Highly recommend!

This was my first pet sitting experience. Needless to say, I was very concerned about leaving my kitties since one is a special needs cat and requires medication twice a day. Thanks to Kate and Pawtails Pet Sitting Service, I was kept apprised of the kitties care with updates and daily pictures. Kate is very responsible, friendly, and is an extraordinary animal caretaker. Not only did she ensure our fur babies were in the best of care, she was proactive and brought in our mail and packages. I will definitely not hesitate to reach out to Pawtails again the next time I go out of town. Highly recommend!

Kate is amazing. She is kind, compassionate and really works with you to meet the needs of your pet. She gives you daily updates in writing with photos so that you can feel completely comfortable leaving your pet. She goes above and beyond in her care.

Kate and her team are excellent and I highly recommend them. She genuinely care so much for her clients (and their humans). I made a mistake and left off a day of care for my kitty and Kate was able to accommodate a last minute. Kate was so understanding.
