Tony is an amazing trainer and person! He has helped me lose weight, build muscle and regain confidence in being in the gym. He has even inspired me to explore classes like boxing and pushed me to get back to my childhood passion of playing basketball. Not only fitness but Tony has been holding me accountable about healthy eating and nutrition.
