I’ve been training with Izayah for a couple years now. I started my fitness journey in 2020. Due to gyms being shut down because of COVID, I looked for a personal trainer as an alternative. That’s how I began training with Izayah. Us not having the luxury of a gym I thought would impede our process but thanks to Izayah’s creativity, the workouts were more engaging and I earned a better sweat. I gained muscle mass and strength before even lifting weights due to him showing me how to contract my muscles with different exercises. In today’s training, we incorporate weights and calisthenics. I definitely recommend him to anybody looking to enhance their all around fitness. The value I gained from his sessions has lasted me throughout time and I am grateful to work with him.
