- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do monthly subscriptions; with a cancellation at any time policy after your first month. If you choose I also do per session in the form of a package with 5 sessions being the minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting we conduct a fitness test; however, if we're meeting solely for health coaching I will conduct something known as agenda mapping to see what goals you'd like to focus on first for your behavioral health changes. In most cases; the first meet is typically about an hour & is completely free. If one would like to sign up with both services I conduct the assessments on different days; still for free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through ACE, American Council of Exercise which is nationally accredited by the NCAA and ACSM. I've trained 1-1, duo sessions & even group fitness classes like water aerobics. I trained mainly using body-building techniques, and heavy resistance training. I also have a CEC through ACE as a fitness nutrition specialist; & functional mobility specialist. I cannot write tailored meal plans, but I can give you macro nutrition and teach basic progressions of physical mechanics if you deal with chronic pain from lifestyle.
