I can’t recommend Ray enough! He has a systematic yet flexible approach to personal training and spends a lot of time tailoring each session. Ray helps me identify both short and long-term personal fitness and training goals and in each session makes sure to include teaching new techniques, so I can work out confidently on my own. On top of that, his energy is incredibly motivating, and he’s an absolute pleasure to spend time with! If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your progress and makes every workout enjoyable, Ray is the one!

Rayburn has been training me for about 4 years and he has done an excellent job with modifying workouts based on my needs for the day/week. He is professional yet friendly, and stern yet patient. He provides great feedback and gives ample corrective cues if my form starts to give. This has been the game changer in my workouts as previous trainers didn’t correct my form enough. I feel as though these slight shifts in my body made all the difference in my workouts. I’ve gained strength, lost fat, and I am much leaner now than I was before training. What I love most is that he checks in and makes me accountable during the other 23 hours I’m not with him. Not only is he a personal trainer, he provides health coach like advice and helps provides guidance for other aspects of my life such as sleep, nutrition, and various lifestyle support to optimize my daily living. Overall, he has allowed me to gain confidence in my own skin.

Ray is the perfect trainer for me. I started working with him to recover after having two kids. He knows how to balance every training session so well. For example, if I’m recovering from a cold, he adjusts my exercises to ensure I get the most out of our time while still challenging me. During our sessions, he’s also great at helping me make minor adjustments that significantly impact the muscle group we’re focused on. Well worth the money; there’s no way I could make this much progress on my own. Highly recommend!
