Once I have a clear understanding of your goals and needs, I'll build a customized fitness plan exclusively for you. My pricing model is based on how much time you spend with your personal trainer and the number of sessions you sign up for. I offer both one-on-one training sessions and group sessions, and my pricing is extremely competitive. I pride myself on providing exceptional value for my clients, and my packages will deliver results that are tailored to help you achieve your goals. My typical process begins with a friendly and informative 30-minute chat where I take the time to get to know you and your specific fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, or improve overall health, I am here to help. Following our conversation, we'll perform a thorough static and dynamic postural assessment to identify any muscular imbalances that could be holding you back. This step allows me to tailor my approach to address your unique needs and to prevent injury. Then, it's time to put my methodology of training to the test with a 45-minute workout session. I'll guide you through exercises and techniques that are specifically designed to achieve maximum results for your goals while ensuring proper form and technique. Throughout your fitness journey with me, I'll track your progress through regular weigh-ins and body fat percentage measurements, adjusting our approach as needed to help you reach your goals faster. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each client I work with. But my expertise isn't limited to the classroom. As an athlete since high school, participating in track, soccer, and rugby teams, I understand the dedication and hard work required to achieve success in sports and fitness. Today, I continue to compete as an avid purple belt in Jiujitsu. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and empower them to conquer their limitations. With my unique background and expertise, I can create comprehensive training programs that are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each and every client.
