Hi! my name is Max and I am here to guide you to reach your fitness goals. I have been a CPT through ISSA since 2020, but my knowledge and experience traces back to my childhood growing up in a bodybuilding home. My focus is on YOUR results and getting there by any means necessary. Some of my competitors may be cheaper, but most trainers stop training once the session is completed. I am new to the gym, so I was very lost on how to perform exercises correctly and knowing what exercises helped each muscle group.
