- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Achieving fitness goals and seeing lasting results requires consistency. True progress doesn’t happen overnight, as building a healthy lifestyle takes time and dedication. Whether the focus is fat loss, muscle building, or enhancing longevity, patience and persistence are essential. I offer two personalized 1:1 training options designed to provide clients with the support and accountability they need for long-term success. Pricing includes both in-person and virtual training options. Monthly Training Options: - 4 sessions (1x/week) = $240 - 8 sessions (2x/week) = $480
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a phone or FaceTime consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, nutrition, and training needs. If we decide we’re a good fit, I’ll accept payment and schedule your sessions. You’ll receive a few forms to complete, and by the time of our first session, I’ll have a fully personalized program tailored to your goals and needs, ready to help you get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Pacific University (2017) and am a Certified Personal Trainer through NFPT. I also have an L1 Nutrition Coach Certification through Precision Nutrition and am currently pursuing an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer certification. With 8 years of experience, including working for three different gym franchises, I bring a well-rounded and inclusive approach to personal training.
