FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the following: -session duration (30/60 minutes) -weekly session frequency -length of commitment The last thing I want is for finances to be a hindrance in you meeting your goals. Because of this I offer a free consultation where we can review all options to see what plan fits your situation best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client receives a free no obligation consultation to start. This is about really finding out what is important to you and why that is! The consultation allows me to assess your individual needs so that I can create the most optimal program for you. I take into account all factors including goals, body type, injury history, training history, schedule, and more. During this time I also encourage you to ask me questions. It is important to make sure that my style aligns with your goals. This is your time to ask me any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
