- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary from the number of session we do monthly. Payment is reoccurring every month. You have 31 days to use your sessions, and then your payment will be processed again. I require 20 days notice of cancellation. I’m very easing going with sessions(if you have to reschedule or give appropriate notice of having to cancel it will not cost you your session).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a phone call or consultation before hand, get to learn a little bit about the new Client and what they’re looking for exactly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification in personal training and joint mobility and therapy!
