This is my first experience working out with an online trainer. I felt that I had a good experience with Mikahl. She was able to create customize workouts and meal plans based on my needs. She was also very responsive when it came to our messages back-and-forth and was able to make adjustments to our plan accordingly. I do recommend her as a personal trainer, especially if you are new or trying to get back into exercising she was able to create easily to follow exercise plan, as well as easy to follow recipes based on my and health goals.

I've been training with Mikahl for almost 3 years now and I love working out with her. She's always calm and patient and makes sure to guide you through out and at your own pace. I always follow her at whatever gym she's available at. Thanks for always making me feel more comfortable with workouts!

I’ve been training with Mika for over 2 years. I started out with 2 days a week and I saw such amazing results I moved my training up 4 days sometimes 5 days a week. I’ve never felt so strong and in great shape. She’s fun and super professional not to mention super flexible. I would highly recommended her.

Mikahl is an amazing trainer! She really takes into account the goals of her clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve them. She works with her clients to develop personalized plans to see the best results! She is kind, respectful, and always your number one fan, which makes training with her such an easy choice to make. She is involved with her clients in and outside of the gym, and I appreciate how she always checks up on me and hypes me up! As previously mentioned, she works WITH her clients around busy schedules and really pays attention to what will work for you and your body; which is why I think her clients see such great results. Aside from the improvements in my physique I have also noticed an improvement in my overall life! She has helped me lose weight, get stronger, and gain major confidence in myself these past few months. I love training with her and she has totally changed my perspective on working out and leading a healthy lifestyle!
