Hi there! Here’s a bit about myself: I have been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years now, and during this time I have gotten exceptional results with my clients. My training style is complex, fun and never boring. Each person has specific needs and goals, so the workouts are personalized to address that. I have worked with a variety of clients, different ages and fitness levels, from athletes to teenagers, seniors as well as people with medical concerns (asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure etc) Ever since I have decided to put my passion for fitness to good use by helping others, I have each time enjoyed seeing my clients change from outside in and vice versa , for the better. I push forward with them during their tougher times and celebrate along with them each milestone achieved. I believe fitness is not just about training the body, it is also about training the mind and spirit. I like to observe this process in my clients and I love to see them succeed. I've been working with Antonia Budimir for the past few months, and I'm incredibly happy with the results I've seen. As a shy person, with little experience in working out I felt very nervous. After a couple workouts I realized just how understandable and willing she was to meet me at my level. Definitely patient. With little time she helped me tone up and fit for my wedding dress in three months. She definitely knows how to help overcome fears and abilities! I would recommend her to beginners and advanced individuals!

I trained with Antonia for over 2 years and have only great things about her. We started out with my goal of participating in a half-marathon. She helped me fix my running posture and I have participated in 2 half-marathon since then, with a time which didn't seem possible for a first-timer. I used to run at 5.5 miles on the treadmill and I was over 6.5 during the marathon. Thereafter we worked together on working on my core strength and I cannot be happier with the results. We tried different core exercises which I practiced when I did my workouts by myself as well and the results have been incredible. We also mixed our workouts with agility training, and I am very happy with my fitness levels now. She has also been very flexible with schedule and has always accommodated my requests. Training could not have been more fun. Highly recommend her!

This is my first time using a trainer. I have always been active with sports/ fitness classes / and running, so I wasn't sure how I would benefit from the one on one training. Antonia has done a great job of assessing my strengths and weaknesses, and really focuses on my weaknesses and areas for improvement. I am an avid runner( half marathons/ marathons/ trail), and she focuses on core strength, stretching and balance. Within a very short period of time (< 2 months) I accomplished significant improvement in my strength, abilities and fitness level (standard pushups, flexibility, loss of inches/ fat). She varies the workouts so it never gets boring. She has a lot of ideas on fun ways to workout. Extremely professional approach to working out. She is easy to get in contact with and is always responsive. She is very punctual, and is flexible to work around my schedule.
