- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free FaceTime Consultation if required $60 hourly rate—Home (3 hour minimum) $50 hourly rate—Seniors & Military $80 hourly rate—Two Organizers $500 (6 hrs)—Avg Garage (1-2 people) $1200 (8 hrs+)—Above Avg Garage (2 people) On-site 1.5 hour “DIY” Consultation $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call or text to clarify project details and see if items are required to be purchased prior to the appointment. If needed, pictures or a FaceTime interview of the room may be requested. I will then schedule a minimum 3 hour to 7 hour organizing session. If you are a “DIY” person, I also offer a 1.5 hour $100 walk through to teach you the tips and tricks to successfully complete the project on your own. I would also be happy to haul away any items you are donating after the walk through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degree in Behavioral Science. I have learned to ask the "Why" "What" "How" questions. "Why do you have this, and Why is/isn't it working for you?" I then ask, "What can I do to help you?" And the "How" is my specialty. I simply love listening, helping, and encouraging others by teaching them how to create the space that they want and will love.
