- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what services you need, we can discuss how I can best help you. I typically require a minimum of 2 hours. If you book more time, I offer discounts based on the project. My goal is to create ongoing relationships with clients where I come more regularly to help you in your life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am there to get the job done. So, I like to understand what my prospective client's goals and objectives are for their project. I offer a guestimate of how long it might take to complete and we book the time. If I am working as a private chef, I would as questions to find out what type of needs you have. If we are decluttering, I work side by side to identify what is kept, sold, or donated. Then, I execute on packaging up what needs to go and then organize the rest. If the focus is an organizing a project, I find out if they want me to a) rely on my expertise, b) execute on their vision, c) combination of both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I naturally am a very clean and tidy person. I have lived a minimalist lifestyle for years. Ever since I was a teenager, I loved to cook, organize and declutter my friends spaces. One of my favorite things is seeing the outcome in helping people reduce stress by preparing them yummy, healthy foods...to organizing their space. I love seeing clients' reactions when the job is completed.
