Ale came same day and did an incredible job unpacking boxes in my kitchen. She arranged things in a way that made sense, maximized space, and made the room look beautiful. Ale is super friendly and a pleasure to work with and be around. I'm already looking forward to her help with unpacking and organizing other rooms in my home. Highly recommend!

Ale and her team (including Claudia) were a godsend for my family as we prepared for several months to move my elderly relatives from North County to Northern California - it was clear from My first conversation with Ale that she would take the utmost care to help them prepare for their home of 50 years to be sold and prepare them for this major move across the state! She was instrumental in organizing and packing up their belongings, helping them with donations, etc. Ale would always make sure that they had been consulted and were comfortable with all decisions. It was a stressful and hectic time, but Ale and Claudia were wonderfully calm and focused on the many tasks at hand. On several occasions, Ale even took my relatives to appointments and out shopping during the “open houses” when their home was being shown. Ale and Claudia are both warm, generous, and loving and have become part of our family through this process! I would recommend them without hesitation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $100 fee consultation for the first time. This price can varied depending of location. $60/hour and $35/hour assistant. Or also flat rate project or hours package, look in my website for these details. Aletheorganizer.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to set a meeting in person or FaceTime to understand better how the house or office works. Ask If there is a budget limit, specific days and hours to finish the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have major in Business and financial. Studied 2 years of Psychology. Watch a bunch of organizers and read books
