No fee, unless I recover for you. I don't get paid unless you do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'd like to get to know you! I believe in establishing a strong bond with my clients, so let's chat! Next, I want to know about the problem you're having. The more detail. the better. This helps me determine if I can help you or not. From there we can go several ways - file a claim, write a letter, make and appearance, file a suit - every case is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a formal legal education which earned me my J.D. and my license to practice law in the State of California.
