Hello, my name is Adam Webb and I am a personal chef here in the San Diego area. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade now for well known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele - from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world's most cultured destinations. I would be honored to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home. We hired a personal chef for a small bachelorette dinner party and it was everyone's highlight of the weekend. There wasn't one single dish that Adam cooked that wasn't amazing. We really felt like we were at a fine dining restaurant, but in our own living room! We didn't have to lift a finger as Adam and his assistant did everything from bringing their own plates, table settings, cooking on site, and clean up! Our bellies we're over the top full and happy. We will definitely be looking to hire Adam in the future again.

Adam is an amazing personal chef. We surprised our parents with a home cook experience and everyone loved it. He’s very fun and personable on top of making delicious food that was perfectly fit for our taste. Can’t go wrong with him for any event!

Our experience with Adam and his team were amazing! We had 3 different types of hummus as an appetizer and they were all unique and so good. For dinner we had a incredible salad, braised beef with cheesy grits and cobbler with oatmeal ice cream. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was 5 star worthy!! Adam and his staff made the experience even better. Everyone was professional and also very friendly and personable. We will 100% be using them again the future. If you are looking for a personal chef you HAVE to use him!

We had an PHENOMENAL experience with Chef Adam and Kseniya!! I was worried because we were planning a last minute dinner for 7 but this amazing duo were able to accommodate us. Chef offered a wide variety menu to choose from. Kseniya has a wonderful bartending background and made us the most delicious drinks.The food was AMAZING! Excellent presentation, timely service, and I will be dreaming of the food for many moons. A definite MUST TRY for anyone looking to host a party.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is negotiable. I charge fare rates based on what your preferences are. Please keep in mind that if you are requesting multiple plated courses with a customized menu, the price will most likely going to be $100+ per person. If you are on a strict budget, consider “family style” service. Any event under 5 people will have 2 separate charges: for labor and for groceries. Minimum labor charge for a small party is $500.

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin I have over 15 years of professional cooking experience; from food trucks to fine dining restaurants and 5* hotels.
