- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is negotiable. I charge fare rates based on what your preferences are. Please keep in mind that if you are requesting multiple plated courses with a customized menu, the price will most likely going to be $100+ per person. If you are on a strict budget, consider “family style” service. Any event under 5 people will have 2 separate charges: for labor and for groceries. Minimum labor charge for a small party is $500.
