I always love a good party… I have been in the events and hospitality industry for five years - specializing in catering and events. Being an event planner means going above and beyond for my clients. I help create memorable intimate events that will leave you stress-free. Kaya is an exceptional planner. We planned out a courthouse wedding for December 2025. At the last minute in November, we wanted friends and family (~15 people) to come and have food and a get together at our house and something to wear. We could not do all of this without her. She helped us find a small caterer at the last minute, managed the tasks with them, and coordinated day of events and where everyone needed to be. She also helped us plan out the space in our house to fit everyone and all of our food and helped arrange everything on the day of, too. She even helped me find a dress shop where I could buy a dress same day, provided recommendations for what kind of decor to have at the event, and made/designed my bouquet which was gorgeous. We were able to be in such wedding bliss that we didn’t even know that people had had questions because she redirected everyone to ask her questions on the day of so that we could focus on getting married. As a couple who wanted a small inexpensive wedding but still had not much event planning experience, she was able to give us all the details we needed and think of things we wouldn’t have (where are people going to sit, do people need instructions on how to get there, what will people eat, what dress code should we do, she even called and scheduled my dress alterations for me). Finally, she helped us plan and research our Hawaiian honeymoon for March all under 5200 for a week. Honestly, I don’t know how we could’ve planned it without her because the stress of all our wants and needs was getting to us before she stepped in. And she provided the service at an affordable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event and couple has a different budget, with that being said, I try to work with you to find the best price for your specific event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have shown an interest in my services, I first set up a call to get an understanding of what you are looking to do, how far into the planning process you are, and how much you need me to do as far as planning goes. From there, I'll have you sign a contract, paying 25% of the service fees and then we begin planning!
