- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial process for working for with a new client includes: * Scheduling an initial 10-15 min phone consultation to discuss your goals in greater detail and to put together a program that works best for you. * Upon signing up with Taylor Made Fitness Online Nutrition and Personal Training, I will forward you my health, fitness and nutrition questionnaire for you to read, complete, sign, date and return to me. *A second consultation may be scheduled immediately to review your questionnaire. * We will then schedule your first nutrition orientation, to teach you how to use the program and answer any questions you may have at that time. Your personalized nutrition program is based upon your goals, number of meals preferred and foods on your list. A text or scheduled call will be next to confirm that your initial program works for you and your lifestyle.

I have obtained my B.Sc. as a Holistic Nutritionist, along with my A.Sc. in Nutrition/Optimum Fitness, a Certified Health Coach, Obesity Specialist, DARFS (Drug & Alcohol Recovery Specialist), and PN1 Level Health Coach. As a Certified Personal Trainer (Group Ex, Zumba, Plyoga, Tabata, In-door cycling, Senior/Youth/Peri-natal Instructor), I am required to renew my certifications every 2 years, with a minimum of 20 cec (continuing education credits).
