Total cost for services is calculated by number of signatures requiring notarization and the travel fee.
Each notarized signature is $15.00 per signature on a single 1 page document, this is a fee established by the California Secretary of State.
Travel fees range following below chart:
Zone 1 is $35, within a 10 mile driving distance from Interstate 15 & Camino Del Norte exit.
Zone 2 is $45, between 10 to 20 mile driving distance from Interstate 15 & Camino Del Norte exit.
Zone 3 is $55, between 20 to 30 mile driving distance from Interstate 15 & Camino Del Norte exit.
Zone 4 is $70 + for over 30 mile driving distance from Interstate 15 & Camino Del Norte exit.
Additional surcharges apply for traveling to hospitals, assisted living facilities, retirement homes, nursing homes, medical centers & government buildings/offices, courthouses & on Federal/State Holidays.
