- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour all local moves, we try to include everything in that hourly rate in order to avoid any other fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to get as more information as possible from our new customers about their moving plan in order to provide them with the best service, right size crew and meet their expectations. Every move is different in it is own way and here at "Vector Moving and Storage" we want to make sure we make your move smooth and easy for you. Please contact our sales team with any questions regarding moving process and get an advice how to prepare for your future move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all our employees pass training process by taking a test after 40 hours video training and than another 3 weeks of field training, before we can put them on the field as a team member.
