- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty standard compared to other movers, but it does fluctuate a bit depending on the season and time of the month. We offer specials for weekday or middle of the month moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new client will reach out to us for a quote. We gather as much information as possible and then customize a free quote over the phone or via email. The client understands the estimated cost, and will proceed to reserve their moving date with a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, the move is scheduled, and a confirmation email is sent to the client.

The owners of San Diego Moving Company have a combined thirty five years of experience in customer service and management. We continue to learn how to better serve our clients and train our team accordingly.
