- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At ProMen LLC, our pricing is determined by the type of service you need. We offer both hourly and fixed rates depending on the size and complexity of your move. Our rates are as follows: 2 movers and a truck: $95 per hour (cash) / $105 per hour (card) 3 movers and a truck: $135 per hour (cash) / $145 per hour (card) 4 movers and a truck: $175 per hour (cash) / $185 per hour (card) There is a $40 service fee. We also apply a Double Driving Time fee as per CPUC regulations. For every additional mover, it’s an extra $40 per hour added to the previous rate. The clock starts when our movers arrive and stops at your final destination. There is a minimum charge of 3 hours, with prorated billing every 15 minutes thereafter. Our hourly rate includes a fully equipped truck, dollies, plastic wrap, tape, moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, speed packs, and furniture disassembly/assembly services to ensure your move is smooth and efficient.

At ProMen LLC, our process for working with new customers is designed to ensure we provide tailored solutions for every move. First, we gather all the essential details about your upcoming move, including: - Preferred date and arrival time - Number of movers required - Type of residence—house, apartment, condo, townhouse, etc. - Number of bedrooms - Whether packing services are needed - Travel distance - Any items over 250 lbs that may be considered extra heavy Once we have this information, we recommend the ideal number of movers to suit your needs and provide you with a rough estimate of the total cost. This ensures that you receive a customized moving solution that fits your unique situation, whether it’s a small apartment or a large home.
