When they were done there was damage to walls including a gash and missing paint. Damage to the moved items existed as well. They have been hard to reach in order to file a claim. But the guys were polite.

Must Have Movers helped me to dissemble one queen bed, two bunker beds, a sectional sofa and a desk, and moved them from 2nd floor into the first floor garage. They communicated well and responded quickly before their arrival. While dissembling the furnitures, they were professional and carefully put the accessories into zip bags. They moved the pieces down the stairs with extra care. They helped to stack the dissembled furnitures together according to my instructions and helped me to save a lot of space. They are very nice people and easy to work with. Very happy with their work, willing to use them again.

I did moving for well known moving companies in San Diego. Once I decided to establish my own company because I felt that I am able to satisfy customer’s requests. Now I have a team of really experienced guys who are physically strong and still young.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I looked for moving company I would hire small company because they are seeking to satisfy all your requests and mostly owners do job by themselves what ensures effective and efficient service. Moreover, price of newly established movers much cheaper than companies which have been doing for years.
