- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a three-hour minimum. Contact us for small moves and a few items quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss pricing and minimum details, such as zip codes and the size of the move (studio, apartment, house), to book the service with us. Then, if the customer is willing, we conduct an over-the-phone consultation so they can provide us with more specific details about what they need to move. We process the request and send an email confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers have been in the moving service for over 5 years, making us a company with truly professional movers.
