- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✅Flexdolly Moving bills hourly for local moves (3 hours min). Additional time is pro-rated by 15-minute increments. ✅We understand that every moving project is different and unique. The quote that will be given to you is based on the information you provide to our sale manager. So please make sure to provide as much details as possible to avoid any additional cost. ✅Unlike other moving companies, we will NOT charge you extra fees for stairs, parking, long carry, using moving blankets, shrink wrap or EVEN double time drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
✅Every customer is our top priority at Flexdolly Moving! We have very simple but effective steps with our customers when it comes to providing a moving quote. ✅We offer phone call, text messaging or e-mail consultation where we discuss your project. We will ask question about volume of the job, inventory list, distance between addresses, complexity of the job, the desire date .. We highly recommend providing picture for an easy process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You are guaranteed professional movers who show up with a smile and a can-do attitude. Our movers are trained on how to professionally disassemble, assessable and wrap different types of furniture. We have a quality control manager that observes our workers and provides feedback and training for constant improvement of our services.
