Had a really great experience with Karma Locksmith from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone needing locksmith service. David reached out to me within an hour of my requesting a quote. He was kind and flexible, had a technician ready to meet me at my home to change out locks. Prior, I shared that I was worried about safety since landlord did not change locks from last few tenants and he made sure to give me a really good rate, lower than other quotes received. The technician he sent was very nice and gave honest feedback on whether rekey or lock change was the best option. He was friendly, punctual, and in an out within 20 minutes. After service was complete David called to make sure I was satisfied with work. Overall, they provided exceptional quality service. Thank you guys! I’ll continue to refer you to everyone I know!
