Hire him for a year to maintain the yard. one tree die. He is a nice guy but zero knowledge about plants! u can see in the photo the results of his maintenance and gardening service and when ask him for two months what's wrong eveytime he says something different and doesn't have a solution. Just a poor labor worker and have to keep tell him what to do, otherwise he is always in rush to go. Paid him extra to do irrigation and he had to come several time to fix the leak bc of poor workmanship. For doing anything extra things, he tries to rib you off bc he is busy, so be smart get a quote around before u give him a new job. His labors also damages ur stuff without taking any responsibility. Today, when send him the photos and ask him to come and finish the job, he refused and quit and ask me to pay him instead (This is his customer service).

We have been with Desiderio and Mendoza Garden & Landscape for a couple of months now and so far it's been a very good relationship. They work hard, Desiderio is always on site supervising his team and working alongside them. They are getting my yard back under control and are making a big difference.
