Sebastian and his helper Jose did a terrific job replacing my sprinkler heads and installing a battery operated timer. They are both friendly and personable. I especially appreciate that they left my yard so clean and neat. I highly recommend Cabanas Landscape!

Hired Sebastian Cabanas to fix my extensive 4 zone hillside drip system that was old when we moved here 20 years ago and had been turned off 4 years due to excessive leaks, burst pipes and faulty valves. Lost 2 nice trees and many shrubs while it was shutdown. He diagnosed excessive water pressure and ancient pvc. He installed a pressure regulator, replaced valves & filters and timer. Had water flowing in short order. As expected, water works everywhere but did an excellent job finding and capping multitude of leaks, even those underground. Personable, energetic and knowledgeable - never seems to tire. Absolute highest recommendation.

Sebastian Cabanas showed up on time and did a very exceptional job replacing two broken valves. Realistically honest and did not blame who originally installed the sprinkler/irrigation system. He even took his time to make sure that everything is working and checked the timer as well. Extremely delighted with the job he performed. He just found a loyal customer! EIF
