- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to provide a quality product/service and a friendly environment at an affordable price. For us it's not about the money. We want YOU and to build a professional/friendly relationship that'll last a lifetime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will you marry me? At Put Out Painting we believe in relationships and not customers. So one of the first things we do is become friends and get to know each other. We call it "marrying the customer." You may now book the job. (P.S. we're not really getting married.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paint life or no life. Been doing this since I was 22 years old. Out of sheer repetition one automatically becomes great at what they do repeatedly.
