Danny did a great job, on-schedule and completely repaired 3 large holes in drywall that were made due to plumbing repairs at a rental property. Danny coordinated with the tenants and took care of all the materials, repairs, texture, paint, cleanup and sent pictures of the completed work. Danny was able to completely restore the area from being severely damaged to looking new. Thanks Danny for your meticulous work, professionalism, coordination and attention to detail.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the great job Danny did repairing drywall that had been left badly damaged after removing a fireplace mantle and bannister. He took his time and really worked to make it perfect. Without any advance notice, he also offered to lay a line of tile where the mantle had been, using his lunch break to go get the supplies he needed for that job. He’s personable and friendly, and his prices are very reasonable. I was so impressed with Danny’s work product, friendliness, professionalism and great pricing that I’ve asked him to paint some areas of my home and my kitchen cabinets. I plan on calling Danny for all my future home jobs.

I price according to the job. I can give hourly or project based pricing. On jobs when working an hourly rate, i charge for any trips to pickup materials and mark up materials costs for the project by 20%

I am friendly and reliable. I like to introduce myself and share my work experience, and be clear about agreed pricing and the process needing to be done for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to learn painting and construction skills as a young man in Santa Cruz, CA. After moving back to my hometown of San Diego, Ca, I began doing painting and construction projects on my own, and decided to start my own business.
