I hired Aubrey to help me redesign a primary residence to also use as an Airbnb when traveling. As the owner of Denver's #1 Luxury Travel Concierge, my standards are extremely high. I am a perfectionist to the t, A-type personality, and expect the highest quality work. Aubrey was absolutely incredible from beginning to end in terms of re-designing the entire inside and outside of my home! From Landscaping/curb-appeal to changing the entirety of my house on a budget, she worked with me on my restrictive budget to make the highest impact improvements for Airbnb and reselling of the home. I was IMPRESSED with her ability to manage my expectations and put funds towards what would earn me the highest return on my home whenever I'm ready to sell or short term rental it when traveling. AND IT WORKED! She encouraged me to pursue a hot tub, something I wanted nothing to do with, because of that one piece of advice I have over an 80% occupancy rate year round for my STR. All of my guests book because of the cedar tub! Additionally, Aubrey completely changed the landscaping of my entire home with just a few simple changes of mulching, rock color, and otherwise! She advised me every step of the way, helped me deal with immature contractors and source the best people, ordered products and all new design furniture and home decor, and spent an entire week onsite installing to prep me in time to Airbnb the home. She truly does it all!!! And I will never use anyone else in the future for my design needs. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE! Aubrey is your real estate angel for improvements, design, or property management! P.S. She was even featured in Success magazine for her skills and is a veteran! AMAZING!

Aubrey was simply amazing. She took our home and turned to an amazing space. It should be in a magazine. She was so quick to help with any questions that we had, or any concerns along the way. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with. We will be using Aubrey for our next project without a doubt, I can’t recommend enough.
