- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely straight forward and not complicated. I have an hourly rate and a fixed rate per space. I provide 1 hour free Consultation at the site. I provide discounted furniture and accessory purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understanding the clients needs. 2. Listening. 3. Budgets and timelines. 4. Projects are done in Phases. Each project starts with a no-charge consultation either in person or over the phone so that we can find out if we are a good fit and can work together. This consultation is to discuss the project in detail. During this meeting we learn about the clients vision, their personality, their style and their individual lifestyle, tastes and aspirations. This is for me to learn what is most important in creating the new scheme so that the project is a true reflection of my clients. This is also an opportunity to ensure that any concerns or issues are identified and discussed before the project begins. During this time schedule and pricing is discussed fully so that the project runs smoothly and within budget. After this meeting a written proposal and contract is drafted up that is unique to each client. We feel that great design is to engage with the client and work together as the project evolves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Interior Design/interior Architecture. I am a seasoned designer trained in both commercial and residential design. I am also an experienced home stager. I am always attending classes on what is coming up next within my industry. LEED certification, AutoCAD updates, etc.
