FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of project our fees may be by the hour or a set fee- not to exceed figure. Further discussion with our clients helps to better understand each clients project and the amount of work that will be needed to obtain the desired result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically speak by phone initially, this way we can get a general sense of what our new client is looking for, and they have a chance to chat with us and tell us a little about their lifestyle and what they are looking to achieve. This makes it a no pressure environment for them. They can speak freely and ask questions. Then we can then go out and view the project, measure, and let the adventure begin!
