Introduction

I enjoy helping others in their homes. I charge hourly at $80 an hour. I work at a steady pace and detailed. All cleaning chemicals and supplies are included with each cleaning unless there are certain product you prefer then i ask you provide those. I also do move out/in cleanings at the same hourly rate and commercial cleanings. I'm great at organizing if you need help with that as well. I enjoy helping others where it might be too overwhelming for them, or they just don't have the time for it. Coming home to a clean house is the best feeling ever! I am a part time student as well so please check my calendar for availability. If you are flexible for your cleaning even better. My current clients are pretty flexible which allows me to make most things work! I have change preferred payment to cash so please be open to accommodating that. My family was going through a double transition—us plus toddler moving out of a home and my mother moving into it simultaneously. To say we were stressed would be an understatement. I was hoping to find someone reliable to not just clean our place in preparation for my mother but to really do an outstanding job. After looking through multiple options I decided to book Stephanie and I’m so glad that I did. Communication was super easy and Stephanie is a delight. Most importantly Stephanie —acknowledging my mother’s stress— really went above and beyond and exceeded her expectations (which is practically impossible to do with an Eastern European mom). Our house was spotless and it just lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders and my mother’s for which I’m truly grateful for. Stephanie takes her work seriously and understands the psychological impact of a clean and organized space. I would absolutely hire her again and I encourage anyone reading this review to do so!

Stephanie walked through my home and we discussed each area and what my challenges and needs are. She did a fabulous job, extremely thorough. Even half way through her time at my home it looked 1000% better. I’m so pleased and look forward to her ongoing help. She is a hard worker and very organized. My pets loved her & so did my teenager. Needed a DEEP clean of my house so when Stephanie arrived we went over her price per hour, my budget, and my priorities. She spent 4 hrs detailing the kitchen as I requested, including all the wood cabinets and went so much as to clean all the walls. It looks amazing. Then I had her do some other things as time allowed and everything she did looked so great I decided to have her come back and deep clean the remainder of my house. So worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first cleaning will be $70 an hour. Detailed cleaning consists of any kitchen appliances on the inside, ( oven , microwave, refrigerator) baseboards, and interior windows. If there are animals in the home a $25 fee will be added to the amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit we go through the house, discuss each room and what they want done. Ask any questions and answer any questions the client may have. After that I get to work and start cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve always been a very clean and neat person. After my CNA training I began to clean if like everyone had the flu. I clean light switches and doorknobs so not only do I clean but I sanitize.
