Requested a deep cleaning with Nilce—work was acceptable but I was expecting a little more for a deep clean (eg dusting the whole fan not just the blades, wiping wall scuffs, dusting behind the TV, using provided carpet deodorant). Overall, a 4/5 service !! Would have also appreciated better communication. They were an hour late and we had to reach out to see what was going on. It seems like we were double booked because it was her son and a helper doing the cleaning. I asked directly if she was coming and despite saying yes, she didn’t show. I understand things happen but good communication up front could have prevented feeling misled. In the end, T & his helper were very nice and quick to get started. They took great care of the appliances and kitchen counters as well as great mopping throughout the place which is much appreciated!! Thank you!
