- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat fee per hour and I require a minimum of 2 hours to be hired for. If the job ends up requiring less than two hours, I can offer to help with something related or simply finish the job at that time. Either way, the customer is still responsible for minimum 2 hours of service cost. In some cases, the minimum of hours will increase to 3 hours, depending on the job specifics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief call in order to hash out the details, or if it's a simple task, we keep it to messaging through here. Once we agree on a time, I show up to the site and begin either working alongside with them or receive general requests to do specific tasks independently.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with disabled customers, elderly couples, and families in the process of moving out.
