FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, so it's $150 to get started. I will bring all my tools and cleaning supplies. I work by myself however I work quicker than a 2 person team (you will see). I'll clean just about anything you need, from windows and blinds to, well, maybe even an elephant (but let's hope it's just the blinds)! 😄
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a short intro of myself and asking to understanding their specific needs and expectations on what needs to be cleaned in the home. We’ll discuss the areas that need attention, any special requests, and establish a schedule that works for them. On the first visit, I do a thorough walk-through to ensure I address every detail. After the cleaning, I follow up to make sure they’re satisfied and make any adjustments if needed. My goal is to build a strong relationship and tailor my services to meet their unique needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained most of my expertise through hands-on experience in professional cleaning. Over the years, I’ve learned the best techniques for different surfaces and materials, as well as how to use various cleaning products safely and effectively. I've also completed specialized training in eco-friendly cleaning practices, ensuring I can offer safe and sustainable services. My experience and continuous learning help me deliver top-notch results for every client.
