- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally go and walk the job with my Lead technician to the customers house and we work on a quote that its not just a good price but a great one, we look for solutions that the customer might have in mind, and we work on time and on a budget.

With our California Business license back in us up and our 50+ Years combined in Field experience , our 8+ Certificates in Audio Video we are cover in all fields. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as an Electrician working for a small company in Riverside, we used to do very little Audio and Video really basic installation fro example Phones and coaxial distribution per room not fancy or nothing complicated, as the years passed I stared my own company in Audio and Video only.....I started my 1st Job in Chula Vista in a home that was supposed to take about 3 weeks max.....it took me about 1 Month and a half to finish. I was so lucky the customer had the patients to let me learn everything in his home, since that year I became strong and really knowledgeable in all my product that I provide, me and my staff stay up to date in technology and the lattes and grates, we have become a strong company since.
