FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. We offer very affordable pricing without compromising the quality of our work. We offer free estimates for Home Staging services. All we need from the client is to answer a few questions, which can be done by phone, email, Thumbtack messaging, or by scheduling an in person meeting at the property. If the property is furnished, we will also need some photos and/or a visit to the property. For interior design we charge a small fee for the initial consultation. If after our initial consultation you decide to work with us, we will provide you with a free estimate for our services. We also offer remodeling management services for small and medium projects. This includes accessing what type of work is need to bring your new design to life, helping with permit appplications, and refering and managing contractors from our trusted list of licensed professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is how our home staging process works: If you choose to work with us we will schedule 2 to 3 visits to the property. In the first visit we will take the measurements of all spaces to be staged and come up with the staging ideas. We will also give you some advices. Then, in a second visit, we will bring all the furniture and decor/art items to the property. A 3rd visit sometimes is needed to fine-tune the staging. That means adding or replacing some of the decorative items and furniture if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The love for interior design runs in the family of the owner. I grew up watching, learning and helping my mother, a certified interior designer, and my grandfather, an engineer, in their own projects. The best way to learn a craft or trade is by watching your mentors and practicing it with them. I strive to keep myself updated on the new interior design and furniture trends and on what is happening in the real state market. I am an active part of many real estate investor groups and I am aware of the current market demands. I know what sells a house!
