FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In spite of our experience and client list, we have simple and affordable pricing for individuals with no hidden fees, and free rush service when requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every profession, and each individual has a different message to send. We take the time to learn about you, to send that message. Most people think that we should be talking about our equipment, lighting, composure and other photographic skills and assets. We definitely have those things but are the first to profess they really aren't that important. Making you comfortable, bringing out your personality, and sending the intended message is much more important, and that's our focus. Our process is simple, fun and brings out the best in even the most unphotogenic of people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photographers are unlicensed. You'll see photographers relish themselves with all types of acronym credentials. Here's a dirty little secret, those acronyms and affiliations are rented and available to anyone, of any skill. We have 20 years of shooting for the biggest and most notable publishers, including holding the title and position of Director of Photography for one of the largest celebrity magazines. Can't rent or buy that :) We also have extensive experience shooting at major film and television studios, and working directly with celebrities and their publicists.
