I have an 1.5 hour minimum charge for any job that is less than an hour Our scope of work encapsulates: Installation of ceiling fans and light fixtures bathroom and kitchen faucets, shower heads, ring door bell, standard and electronic door knobs and locks. If you dont see on my list what needs to be installed please ask me. Furniture (indoors and outdoors) and gym equipment assembling. Window and door screen instalations and replacements. TV and wall decor mounting. Shelving and closet storage systems. Minor interior home repairs and minor painting. Please note that installations, mounting and assembling are charged a flat fee. I do offer discounts on 4 or more items to be assembled. Flooring material installation: LVP, tile, and laminate.
