Joe did a excellent job at repairing and painting the exterior of my mobile home. He gave us a good price for all the repairs and was able to complete them quickly and professionally. Will Definitely use him for future projects.

Extremely disappointed with Joe’s lack of professionalism and skillset. After sending him photos of a collapsed shelf, he agreed to the job and attempted to fix it, but it started collapsing again soon after I hung my clothes on the shelf. As the professional, he should have properly assessed the situation and insisted on new materials because it wouldn’t hold up
Joe arrived hours later than he said he would the next day with a new shelf, then abruptly left mid-job to ‘pick up his girlfriend and will reset tomorrow,’ leaving loose nails and a mess behind on the floor.
Later, he sent a rude message accusing us of ‘playing him’ and ‘watching him struggle,’ even though my husband offered dead bolts and tools which he used, offered help to hold the shelf up while he drilled in, and we paid him $20 over his asking price the first day.
Joe took on a job beyond his skill set and shifted the blame onto us as a way “out”. Now I have to hire and pay some more competent to start from scratch.

I did exactly what she wanted me to do she asked me to take the old broken one and just "nail it back up " I even told her you can't just nail it up.But I put it back up like she wanted when I finished I told her she needed new material the material she had was no good , her husband told me he didn't want to spend a bunch of money on new items because they only rent. so he paid me and I left then I got a picture of it looking like it was going to fall off the wall no surprise to me I told her they can't just nail it back up it was already broken. so I went with my own money just to be a good person and purchase what they needed for the Shelf and built a new one the only reason why I was late was because I had other jobs that needed me as well I didn't have to go back at all I already did what they wanted me to do. she was misleading cuz it look like somebody tried all kinds of ways to hang that shelf before I got there and there was a problem they chose not to inform me of the problem so they could get a better quote out of it.
