When working with new clients, I always follow a clear and simple process to make sure everything goes smoothly: 1. Initial Contact We discuss your project details, goals, and timeline. You can send photos or explain what you need — I’ll listen carefully and ask questions if needed. 2. Estimate & Scheduling I provide a price estimate and we agree on the date and time that works best for you. 3. Arrival & Preparation I arrive on time, with all the necessary tools and materials. I protect your space (e.g., floors or furniture) and make sure the area is ready for work. 4. Work Execution I complete the work efficiently and with attention to detail. I’ll check in with you during the job if needed, to make sure everything is going as expected. 5. Final Check & Clean-Up Once the job is done, I walk you through the results. I clean up the work area and make sure you’re satisfied with the final outcome. 6. Payment & Follow-Up You pay only when the job is completed. I also offer support if you have any questions or small touch-ups afterward.
